The Young Creators of Chocó define the values of the Corporation as follows:
- Love: in this family prevails love of self, love of neighbor, love of what we do and love of our territory. May the love of art always unite us and may deep listening be the purest manifestation of our connection/love.
- Loyalty: To sustain our process and generate transcendence with it. Be loyal not to win someone else but to win yourself. In JCH we are in good times and bad, never forget it.
- Sense of belonging: Dedication and love for what we are trying to build at JCH...that your start is to give value to everything and the path will show you the place where you belong, and once you discover it you have the duty to focus and cultivate it, because that will be one of the keys to your future. You belong to JCH not for what you have but for what you are, here you and your talents matter.
- Commitment: In JCH the only important thing is the conviction you have to do things... if you are born, you do it. That your passion allows you to connect and make your actions concrete. That JCH is a space of open will and genuine work. That your desire to be in JCH is because you really love the process.
- Discipline: In JCH there will not be a catalog of rules that tell you what you should or should not do, but this should not be an excuse to break the harmony of the group. We rely on the collective construction and respect of the rules. May your willpower be superior to the difficulties of your environment, just make it possible. At JCH we work rigorously to take you out of your comfort zone, generating the commitment to always give your best version. Make your passion the engine to develop your art.
- Minga: we create and build in collaborative work, contributing from the individual to the group construction, ensuring that the moral "do it with desire"collective morale is never lost.
- Responsibility: this process is one of constancy, we do not accept excuses or pretexts for failing to comply with you and with all of us.
- Respect: Here we build a process from empathy, which starts from understanding how diverse we are and accepting it.
- Honesty and transparency: be you all the time, you don't need to hide who you are and what you want. When in doubt just ask.
- Tolerance: When your emotions get out of control, let off steam with art or respectful dialogue.
